    Having dropped out of school after class 9, I tried my best to complete my schooling till 10th standard. During the holidays I started working in Gothisons (an appliances and crockery store) and subsequently moved to Warehouse and realised I loved working and continue till date. Having worked in Garment industry, Real estate, Yellow pages, Hotel Industry, Automobile Industry, Electronic industry, I have understood the value of gaining the trust and faith of a customer and how we develop a customer base. With over 22 years of work experience, I realised that not just education, gaining knowledge too plays an important role and enrolled with IIM – Lucknow for a course in Strategic Marketing & Brand building for profitability and growth and learnt the nuances of Marketing & promoting a brand.

    My last stint with TVS Group Chennai as a Regional Manager – Marketing, helped me start my own business “SAMMS Juke Box” which is today a 15 year old company with annexe in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad apart from having its head office in Chennai. With my colleagues strength of 18, field staff of 150 and godowns across all locations and a new challenge every single day, my team and clients make our work the most exciting place on earth to work for.

    Started my career with the TVS Group with a manufacturing facility in Gujarat, I worked in the quality control department for 4 years after which I successfully moved to Marketing to acquire new skills in people interaction. During my stint in the Marketing department, I understood the difficulties of facing clients, understanding their perspectives and getting into problem solving and realised my calling was in Operations. The successful and highly motivating environment at TVS Group helped me to associate with my friend and colleague Ms.Mallika and start our own enterprise “SAMMS Juke Box” which in simple is the initials of our family members. Today our Organisations projects are spread far and wide going beyond the shores of India. Heading operations in an extremely competitive market helps me understand the day to day challenges posed and with my experience, I try to resolve the same to the best satisfaction of our clients requirements.
    I am proud to be a part of this journey and declare our company an ISO 9001:2008 TUV NORD certified company today. The first of its kind in our area of business.

  • Arihant Singhvi, Vice President – Brand solutions.

    Having passed out of Loyola college, Arihant started working with a leading advertising agency and subsequently moved to Condenast India in their publishing business in Mumbai in Circulation and advertising space. Having spent over 2 years and having gained basic experience in work, Arihant received a scholarship to London School of Business and specialised in Marketing & Economics. Having completed the education and back with a successful degree, he then joined Times of India – Mumbai to further his skills and improve knowledge and trends in advertising and more. With a successful Venture of his own and his love for subjects that are unique and business models that are attractive, he has joined hands with SAMMS Juke Box as a Vice President – Brand solutions and has already created a niche for our business model with enquiries pouring in from all quarters.

  • Paruchuri Srinivas, Head – Campaign execution & Logistics

    I am Srinivas Rao Paruchuri – Head, Campaign Execution & Logistics, SAMMS Juke Box. I bring along with me over 19 years of work experience in varied verticals like Sales & Marketing / Market Research Inclusive of Consumer Research through Qualitative and Quantitative Techniques, Social Research, Agri Research, B2B Research with primary expertise in the areas of Primary & Secondary Data Management among others. Apart from being an expert in logistics and campaign execution at SAMMS Juke Box, my experience in Political Consultancy Services – comprising of Opinion Polls, Political Intelligence, Voter Mapping and Political Trends Analysis also has provided me the desired expertise required to make a detailed analysis of campaigns and prepare a post campaign analysis report as well. In addition to this, in the field of Project Management Services & Logistics my areas of expertise includes Cross Promotion Campaigns, Sales Promotions through Petrol Retail Outlets, Cab Branding, and Other Branding Opportunities. I also carry rich experience in Logistics in handling C&F Agency operations, liaising with Statutory bodies, Procurement of materials, etc.

    He has started his career with our organisation but has quickly moved from being an Executive – Front office to interacting with clients and learning the functionality of CRM over a short span of time, he now heads the CRM operations handling Enquiries, generating leads, responding to customers apart from creating campaign templates and sharing and updating our clients on the latest happenings in the Oil marketing industry

    With experience of having worked in the mobile Industry at a very nascent stage to working with SAMMS Juke Box and travelling across India, UAE and visiting gas stations across locations, rajnesh can judge the campaign intensity and customer response by visiting the outlet and generating customer feedback instantly without much ado.
